Submit your mortgage request to us via Filogix/Velocity/Landesk
Send us an email with all supporting documents Include with your application, credit bureau, acceptable appraisal report, PSA & MLS if any, via email to: [email protected]
Getting Your Quote
Our underwriter will reach out to you with a pricing quote. If pricing is acceptable, you will receive a confirmation from your Solution Advisor that your documents and conditions are satisfactory. Your deal will then be instructed to the lawyer.
Solicitor
Sunrise will prepare all necessary documentation with the borrower’s lawyer.
Done
Once all solicitor conditions are met, your deal will be funded.

- Copy of survey
- Registered mortgage document or title insurance

- Notice of assessment (NOA) for the latest year available
